Late Cancellation:Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the total price of the reservation.

No-Show Policy:In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the entire reservation.

Minimum Age Requirement:The primary guest registering and checking in must be at least 21 years of age.

Children Policy:Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property. An additional fee of $15.00 each per night will be applied.

Pet Policy:For the comfort and allergy safety of all guests, pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

ALL GUEST ROOMS ARE 100% NON-SMOKING. For the health, safety, and comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside any room or indoor facility.

• Tobacco Smoking: In case of any smoking in the room, a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 plus any resulting damage remediation fees will be charged.

• Marijuana Smoking: Marijuana smoking is prohibited in all rooms, and will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00.
